Mtre Chloé Bérubé obtained her degree in civil law (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa in 2010. She then went on to achieve a Master of Laws, with a concentration in notarial law (LL.M.), which she finished in 2011 at the same University. Mtre Bérubé started working for Gagné, Isabelle, Patry, Laflamme & Associés as a student in March 2007. She then completed her internship and became one of the firms’ notaries.

This dedicated notary has oriented her practice in the field of business law. She will advise you on all transactions related to your business. Whether for incorporation, corporate reorganization or any other commercial transaction, she will be able to help you. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, she masters the notions of business law that she will use in order to give the best service to her clients who will appreciate her dynamism and her ability to explain legal terms in a simple way.
