Mtre Geneviève Dubreuil, notary, LL.L., D.D.N., obtained her degree in notarial law in 2003 from the Université de Sherbrooke, after obtaining her licence in law in 2002. She practices mainly in the fields of business law and divided co-ownership law.
She offers various services to start-up and existing businesses such as incorporation, drafting of shareholders’ agreements, financing preparation and succession planning.
Her expertise in divided co-ownership allows her to provide legal advice and specialized drafting services to syndicates of co-owners and co-owners. She sits on the board of the Regroupement des gestionnaires et des copropriétaires du Québec – Outaouais division, an organization that promotes sound co-ownership management.
As part of her general practice, she also offers drafting services for wills, protection mandate and testamentary trusts. She aims to offer quality service which is versatile and adapted to the needs of each client.
