Mtre Paméla Leduc-Gauthier, notary, LL.L., LL.M., obtained her bachelor’s degree in civil law and her master’s degree in notarial law from the University of Ottawa. She has had a diverse career path. She worked in a small notary office specialising in real estate law with a business lawyer, then opened her own office and practised mediation and family law.
In 2022, Mtre Leduc-Gauthier joined Gagné, Isabelle, Patry, Laflamme & Associés as a managing notary and head of legal support and notarial practice, thanks to her varied experience and in-depth knowledge of notarial rules of ethics. As a resource person for all of the firm’s legal departments, she also oversees the drafting, title search, registry and archives teams.
In 2025, missing the more traditional notarial practice, Mtre Paméla Leduc-Gauthier joined our business law team while retaining her responsibilities for legal support and notarial practice. She works closely with Mtre John Lapierre to assist his clients and meet their needs in commercial real estate transactions and corporate law.
