Vanessa Lafontaine, notary, LL.L., LL.M., has a bachelor’s degree in civil law and a master’s degree in notarial law from the University of Ottawa. Throughout her school career, she gained experience while working with Gagné Isabelle Patry Laflamme & Associés, where she did her internship and began working as a notary in 2013.
Surrounded by the firm’s team with whom she developed a great complicity, she was able to grow as a professional. Her practice is now focused on real estate law and on the drafting of wills, protection mandates and agreements between common-law partners. This young and meticulous notary stands out with her ability to listen and her continuous availability to her clients.
Mtre Lafontaine is involved with the Caisse Desjardins de Hull-Aylmer, as a Jeune dirigeante de la relève (leader of succession) and sits on the board of directors of S.P.C.A. Outaouais.
