Mtre Virginie Lamaute, Notary, LL.L., LL.M., obtained her General certificate in law, her Civil law degree and her Master degree in Notarial Law at the University of Ottawa respectively in 2014, 2017 and 2019. After working for other firms of the region, she joined Gagné Isabelle Patry Laflamme & Associés to continue her career as a notary in the field of law of persons.

Fervent in the idea of acquiring new strings to her bow, Mtre Lamaute obtained her accreditation in Non-contentious proceedings before a notary, thus allowing her to assist her clients in the various steps of legal proceedings, such as the Homologation of a protection mandate, the Opening of a protection regime, the Constitution of a tutorship council for a minor or the Probate of a Will, bypassing the Court.

She will also be able to advise you judiciously regarding the preparation of your Will and Protection mandate. Moreover, this notary constantly seeks to satisfy her curiosity by attending various formations in the field of law of persons, in order to be able to serve you better and meet your legal needs.
